  1. Jumping Jacks: Get your blood moving with 30 seconds of jacks.

  5. Mountain Climber: Get into the top of a pushup position, arms straight. Bring one knee as close to your chest as possible, return to starting, and repeat with the other leg. That’s one mountain climber.
  6. Side Plank: Start at the top of a pushup. Rotate to one side with one hand planted on the floor and the other reaching towards the sky. Your body should form a T. Hold for three seconds, return to starting, and repeat on the other side. That’s one.
  7. Run in Place: Round out your set with 30 seconds of running in place.
